2020 PCCE Annual General Meeting

On Saturday, April 25, the PCCE will be hosting our Annual General Meeting.

In light of recent events our AGM will be held electronically (using Zoom) however this Eventbrite is necessary so that we may have a record of who attended.

Please note that in order to fully participate with Zoom you will need a web camera, computer microphone and speakers.

What to Do Now?

1. Pass this information on to your Board and staff inviting/encouraging them to attend.
2. Look over the 2020 AGM PACKAGE to familiarize yourself with the business of the meeting. Feel free to discuss the key matters with your Board and staff to get their input.

According to the bylaws of our organization member school communities shall each delegate one Board representative and one Educator representative to attend this meeting with each needing to be in attendance to deem a school community present. Each Board Representative and each Educator Representative will have one vote each.

We ask that this AGM Registration be completed by April 22, 2020.
